The -Austrian- in the band, provides real vintage sound on his original, heavyweight, Hammond B3. Christian Wegscheider started playing organ at a tender age and recorded his first instrumental LP at the Ariola-Studio in Munich in 1979. Still suspected of being an infant prodigy, he choose to concentrate on the piano and studied jazz piano and composition at the music academy in Graz. With a fresh degree in his pocket, Christian went to New York, where he lived and played for a decisive period of his life. Back in his home place, Christian Wegscheider soon advanced to one oft he most experienced and well-regarded jazz pianist and organists in the German speaking area.
He is a stunning composer/arranger and appreciated music educator. His large home studio is equipped with classic instruments such as acoustic grand piano, Wurlitzer, Fender Rhodes, Hohner Clavinet and obviously Hammond and Leslie. When it comes to sound, Christian is a no compromise musician.
